    just started this last week, hopeing to loose atleast 10 pounds ,I am doing it everyother day,since it also uses weights ,but I really enjoy the workout .
    I started on the 30th of March with Leslie Sanson mile 1. Gradually I went to mile 2 mile 3 mile 4 and mile 5. However I have to say I find mile 3 (especially the one with Mary Kane) faster and more motivating than the others. Leslie has become part of my every day routine. It's like taking my medicine.
