This particular video is awesome. They really keep the intensity high and it was a breath of fresh air to see and hear someone else lead the group. Hi Amy.. Everyone Calorie Burn is different. I used a heart rate monitor to figure my calorie burn. I'm 5 feet and burned about 300 calories for this 3 mile walk.depends on how much you weigh. Typically, one can expect to burn about 90-100 calories per mile if you are walking briskly.
I walk away 10 pound in 5 weeks with Leslie videos. 3 days 5 miles 2 day 3 miles. Now my kids are doing power walking with me :D so so happy. DON'T FORGET TO DRINK 2 LITERS OR MORE OF WATER!!!! VERY SAFETY WORKOUT FOR ALL AGES!!

just started this last week, hopeing to loose atleast 10 pounds ,I am doing it everyother day,since it also uses weights ,but I really enjoy the workout.
I started on the 30th of March with Leslie Sanson mile 1. Gradually I went to mile 2 mile 3 mile 4 and mile 5. However I have to say I find mile 3 (especially the one with Mary Kane) faster and more motivating than the others. Leslie has become part of my every day routine. It's like taking my medicine. I feel great after every workout and I know it is for a healthy life. Personally I like it that she alks all the time as I know exactly what I have to do. Greetings from Greece :-).
Found this workout video and its just right for me!Start out slow then it speeds up but not to fast.I surprised at how much I sweated and I felt great afterwards.This is perfect for beginners like me.Now I'm more motivated to excersise!Found this video today. Mary Kay did a wonderful job with blast 2 mile. I wish I could find more fast walking videos, by Leslie Sanaone. My problem is Leslie talks to much, you can't keep a good beat when she talking all the time. They bring the music down so she can be hear. Please less talking.
I liked this video. However I did not like when Mary Kate was teaching the camera kept panning to Leslie. I also did not like that There was not a walker showing how to modify the moves. Most of the workouts have a modified walker..
